About the role

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to work with state government clients, helping them integrate AI and automate workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into tailored ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives.
• Analyse client needs, develop customised solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demos.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering best‑practice recommendations and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with cross‑functional teams—including product development and project management—to ensure smooth implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical sales, or a related role.
• Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and design innovative solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client‑relationship skills.
• Experience working with higher education or public sector organisations.
