Adviser’s Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Adviser’s Assistant to support our investment advisory team in delivering evidence‑based financial guidance to families, farmers and professionals throughout regional Australia. In this role you will help build lasting client relationships through clear communication and systematic portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior advisers in preparing investment recommendations and client reports.
• Conduct research on market trends and economic data to support evidence‑based advice.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow‑up on action items and monitor portfolio performance.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the advisory team.
