Adviser Success Manager

About the role

Morningstar is seeking an Adviser Success Manager to join its Practice Optimisation Services team in Sydney. The role focuses on partnering with financial advisers to remove operational friction and help them deliver goals‑based investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of practice optimisation services and ensure advisers receive excellent support.
• Manage adviser onboarding and ongoing service activities to enable best‑practice goals‑based advice.
• Prepare and present model and client comparison analyses to secure strategic buy‑in.
• Collect and analyse data on adviser pain points, working closely with business development.
• Provide training, behavioural coaching and support on investment solutions and practice optimisation.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce, including webinars and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced financial planning accreditation.
• 3–5 years experience serving financial advisers or in a paraplanning/operational role.
• RG146 certification and strong knowledge of adviser workflow and practice management.
• Proven ability to improve efficiencies and deliver client‑centric service.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with strong relationship‑building skills.
