Advertising Operations Executive – Disney+

About the role

We are looking for an Advertising Operations Executive to manage ad‑sales accounts across Disney’s streaming and digital properties, including Disney+, ESPN and other digital platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns, from booking through activation, optimisation and final reporting, ensuring client objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage key advertiser and agency relationships as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Own campaign execution, including booking, monitoring, ad trafficking, billing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative Solutions, Editorial and Product teams to develop innovative sponsorship solutions.
• Support revenue and yield management by tracking inventory health, sell‑through rates and revenue performance.
• Produce regular reporting on campaign delivery, inventory health and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of digital campaign management experience.
• Previous experience with a large publisher, media owner or media agency.
• Familiarity with global streaming platforms is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate insights.
