Administrator – Transport Team Support

About the role

Aurecon is seeking an Administrator to provide comprehensive support to its Transport, Land and Water team in Perth. You will work closely with senior engineers and project leaders, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the delivery of transport‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative assistance to the transport team, including document preparation and email handling.
• Support the bid process by assembling CVs, project experience summaries, and graphics.
• Prepare and review presentations, reports, agendas, and other project documentation.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, expense claims, and events for three executive team members.
• Liaise with internal administration teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information across multiple internal systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for problem‑solving and continuous learning.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a similar administrative or support role.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
