Administration, Compliance and Accountability Officer

About the role

Newman Catholic College, Smithfield, a new college opened in 2022 and co-located on the James Cook University site, is looking for an Administration, Compliance and Accountability Officer to join its Administration Team in 2027. The role delivers high-level administration support that keeps the college running smoothly, covering documentation, scholarships, publications, staff coordination, archiving and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation and archives
• Manage scholarships
• Proofread publications
• Coordinate staff
• Administer First Nations documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Working with Children Blue Card

What we offer

• Pay of $42.67 to $51.95 gross per hour plus 12.75% superannuation (School Officer Level 6)
