Administration Assistant – Logistics & Warehouse Support

About the role

We are a well‑established, medium‑sized 3PL warehouse looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support both office and warehouse operations. This full‑time role offers hands‑on experience across administration, customer service, inventory management and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Answer phones, respond to customer emails and provide front‑line service.
• Enter data and maintain records using Excel and SAP.
• Check, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Organise freight and courier bookings and maintain proof‑of‑delivery documentation.
• Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts and general warehouse duties.

Required profile

• Positive “can‑do” attitude with willingness to learn.
• Reliable team player who can manage multiple priorities.
• Reasonable level of fitness for manual handling and willingness to wear steel‑cap boots.

Required skills

• Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP (or willingness to learn).
