Additional Works Project Manager – Healthcare Projects

About the role

As an Additional Works Project Manager you will lead multi‑disciplinary projects at Fiona Stanley Hospital, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, support project scoping, planning and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects valued up to $1.5 M through full or partial lifecycles.
• Engage stakeholders to provide planning and briefing support for new initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation to ensure smooth handovers and compliance.
• Develop reports, presentations and updates for project and executive stakeholders.
• Support scoping, estimation and proposal development for additional works.
• Mentor and guide less‑experienced team members.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of project finance, budgeting and building/engineering principles.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and preparing cost/time estimates.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Professional and SharePoint.
• Background in project administration, document control or building/facility management.
• Relevant university degree and PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
