Activation Manager

About the role

As an Activation Manager at Nunn Media, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic and paid social campaigns, ensuring integration with other digital and offline channels while engaging clients and mentoring a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Digital Director and cross‑functional team in planning digital campaigns for multiple clients.
• Lead programmatic and paid social strategy, integrating insights from other digital channels.
• Develop data‑led recommendations aligned with client briefs and business objectives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key media and technology partners.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring campaign delivery, reporting and clear communication.
• Provide thought leadership, innovation and best‑practice contributions.
• Oversee workflow and quality control from set‑up through reporting.
• Support team development through coaching, training and feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to integrate multi‑channel strategies and solve client performance challenges.
• Strong data interpretation, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and experience with Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Programmatic tools such as Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, YouTube and Vista/HiveStack.
• In‑depth knowledge of industry ad products, rich media specifications and file formats.
