Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator – Part Time

About the role

Join a friendly small‑business team as an Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator on a stable two‑day‑per‑week schedule. You will handle weekly payroll, supplier payments, reconciliations and general financial administration while providing reception support during lunch breaks and team leave.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly payroll accurately, reviewing timesheets and obtaining management approvals.
• Manage PAYG withholding, superannuation, payroll deductions and maintain confidential employee records.
• Assist with employee onboarding/off‑boarding, licence monitoring and HR documentation.
• Prepare supplier payment batches, maintain supplier records and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, assist with BAS preparation and financial reporting.
• Liaise with management and external accountant, identify and resolve account discrepancies.
