Accounts Assistant – Sydney (Mascot)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team at ExecuJet MRO Services in Mascot, Sydney. Reporting to the Finance & Commercial Manager, you will support key accounting and finance activities in a dynamic aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general support across accounting and finance functions.
• Process supplier and customer invoices in operational and accounting systems.
• Perform purchase order matching and reconciliations.
• Support warranty processing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist the Finance & Commercial Manager with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Support the wider Finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts, finance administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a finance environment.
• Accounting qualifications or studies (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
