Accountants & Senior Accountants – Business Advisory (Expression of Interest)

About the role

RSM Australia is seeking accountants and senior accountants to join its growing Albury Business Advisory team. This expression of interest invites professionals who want to work closely with diverse clients, develop their careers and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a varied client portfolio.
• Provide business advisory, taxation and strategic support to SMEs, family businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a valued business advisor to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and add value beyond compliance.
• Mentor junior team members, review work and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• Public practice accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards it).
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Proactive, client‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
