About the role
LinkedIn is seeking an Account Manager to join its Talent Solutions team in Sydney. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days, and focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of recruitment agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency owners and senior decision makers.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross‑selling LinkedIn Talent Solutions and renewing contracts.
- Consult clients on leveraging LinkedIn data, insights and best practices to optimise talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success and operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Represent LinkedIn as a trusted advisor at industry events and meetings.
Required profile
- 3+ years of applicable sales experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience with HR software and SaaS opportunities.
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets and develop compelling sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation and forecasting skills.
