Account Manager – Small & Medium Business Team

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for an Account Manager to join its Small & Medium Business team in Coburg. The role focuses on ensuring long‑term client satisfaction, growth and retention by delivering exceptional service and support for our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, maintaining regular contact and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
• Proactively address client concerns, act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, and relay feedback accurately.
• Monitor client health metrics, track usage, and generate reports on account performance.
• Identify and pursue up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive account growth.
• Deliver tailored training and guidance to help clients maximise the value of our products.
• Participate in regular check‑ins and anticipate future client needs.

Required profile

• Experience in account management within an IT environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of customer success principles.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL.
