About the role
Moët Hennessy is seeking an Account Manager for Queensland to drive sales growth, expand market share and build strong partnerships across on‑premise, off‑premise and e‑retail channels. Reporting to the State Manager, you will bring the brand portfolio to life through activations, storytelling and a customer‑first approach.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the State Manager.
- Grow distribution points across all channels and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Deliver brand activations and merchandising standards, tracking results in Salesforce.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions and share insights.
- Support digital initiatives and e‑retail activation programmes.
- Complete on‑premise distribution surveys after each customer visit.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or account management within the luxury goods or beverage sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving customer expectations.
