Account Manager – Professional Hygiene (Perth)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Account Manager to join our Professional Hygiene team. You will work across distributors and end‑users in the Perth metro region, strengthening connections, expanding market presence, and delivering value throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow strong relationships with distribution partners to expand TORK’s presence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of end‑user accounts, ensuring long‑term engagement.
• Deliver against sales budgets and territory growth targets.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline through CRM systems.
• Collaborate with distributors to identify and develop target accounts.
• Support and implement major account rollouts and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide training and support to distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
• Develop and execute a clear territory plan aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of achieving results.
• Skilled in new business development and building lasting customer relationships.
• Experience working within complex contract environments such as government, facilities management, or education sectors.
• Familiarity with solution‑based selling and managing distributor or third‑party partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, self‑driven approach focused on delivering outcomes.
• Access to a car and a current Australian driver’s licence; ability to travel interstate and WA regional when required.
