Account Manager – Logistics (Ravenhall)

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the central link between DHL operations, a key household‑name customer and the wider business. You will drive the smooth running of warehouse activities, solve logistical challenges and support the customer’s growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a leading customer to develop and expand their business.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to give the customer a competitive edge.
• Understand customer expectations and work collaboratively to ensure their success.
• Manage profitable growth and own the P&L for the account.
• Handle key account functions such as complaints, claims, problem solving and contract‑based services.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives within the account team.

Required profile

• Proven performance in a logistics, 3PL or 4PL environment.
• Account management experience, preferably within the retail sector.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to a warehouse management system.
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at senior management level.
• Demonstrated P&L management experience.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
