About the role

Based in our Melbourne office, you will join the Business Management team as an Account Manager, reporting to the Group Business Director. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, production, design, strategy, technology and media teams to ensure work meets the highest standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables, keeping projects on track under tight deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, providing guidance and building strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and audience impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management experience, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Strong organisational and financial awareness, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, ten‑step‑ahead mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
