Account Manager – Hospitality Tech

About the role

EatClub is scaling its restaurant partnership network in Melbourne and needs a proactive Account Manager to act as the "mayor" of a portfolio of venues. You will own relationships, use data to drive decisions, and help partners grow their business on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across the Melbourne territory.
• Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights, identifying risks early.
• Lead onboarding, activation and optimisation for new partners.
• Design and execute growth initiatives such as campaigns, upsells and feature roll‑outs.
• Balance field visits with desk‑based analysis and planning.
• Provide feedback to improve account‑management processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client success, preferably in hospitality or tech‑enabled services.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to reduce churn through consultative conversations.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort analysing performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
