Account Manager – Financial Services (Sydney)

About the role

EC Markets is seeking an Account Manager to guide clients through its trading platform, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships in the Asia‑Pacific market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential clients for EC Markets’ trading products.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve products and services.
• Set personal performance targets and strive to exceed them.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in forex, financial services, sales, customer service or consulting.
• Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable with phone conversations and diverse clients.
• Highly responsible, proactive and able to handle challenges independently.
• Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English or other Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Tagalog) is a plus.
