Account Manager – Field Sales (Perth)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Manager to own an established customer territory in Perth. You will represent Caroma, one of Australia’s most trusted bathroom brands, building relationships with merchants, plumbers and builders while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of merchant and plumber customers across Perth and Western Australia.
• Develop strong, long‑term relationships with plumbing merchants and trade partners.
• Achieve sales and margin targets using customer insights and data.
• Deliver product training and technical support to merchant staff and plumbers.
• Maintain point‑of‑sale displays, pricing and technical materials.
• Provide local market and competitor intelligence to the wider team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or account management within merchant, trade, retail or wholesale environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on training and influencing.
• Commercially minded, data‑aware and organised.
• Comfortable managing a defined territory independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Caroma Trade platform for stock visibility, ordering and warranty support.
