About the role

Neat is seeking an Account Manager based in Canberra, ACT, to drive continued growth by identifying new customers and acting as a regional ambassador. The role is remote within the specified sales territory.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your network to uncover new business opportunities and attend regional events.
• Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities, owning the strategic approach for the area.
• Monitor market trends, competitor landscape and feed insights back to product and development teams.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Design and iterate sales processes to support Neat’s hyper‑growth.
