About the role

Hilti is seeking an Account Manager to grow its customer portfolio across a defined territory. You will work on‑site, meeting clients daily, demonstrating tools, and providing high‑level consultations to drive sales and long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, profitable relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Plan and execute a daily schedule that maximises presence on job sites and client offices.
  • Present Hilti’s latest tools and solutions, delivering on‑spot demonstrations.
  • Record all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Represent the Hilti brand as a technical champion within the territory.

Required profile

  • Proactive, self‑motivated individual with a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage time effectively across a defined geographic area.
  • Strong communication skills for on‑site consultations and presentations.

Required skills

  • Experience using Salesforce for sales tracking and reporting.
