Account Manager – APAC (SMB SaaS)

About the role

Sidetrade is seeking a passionate Account Manager to join the APAC SMB division of its ezyCollect platform. You will be responsible for driving commercial growth of existing SMB customers across the APAC region and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of existing ezyCollect customers worldwide.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across products, modules, usage and regions.
• Lead the full consultative sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, pricing, negotiation and close.
• Handle pricing discussions, contract variations and renewals in partnership with the CRO.
• Build strong relationships with CFOs, Financial Controllers, AR leaders and Operations stakeholders.
• Position ezyCollect as a strategic advisor, articulating ROI and business impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, GTM, Marketing and Product teams to generate qualified leads and provide customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts and activity in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager, Account Executive or similar expansion‑focused sales role.
• Proven track record of managing renewals, upsells or expansions and meeting sales targets.
• Background in SaaS, Fintech, Payments, ERP or accounting‑related technology.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing and negotiations.
• Ability to work across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) and modern sales productivity tools.
