Account Manager - Altium Agile Team Solutions

About the role

An Altium Agile Team Account Manager drives growth and customer success within a defined portfolio of accounts by promoting adoption of Altium's Agile Team solutions. The role manages customer relationships, identifies expansion opportunities and supports renewals, helping engineering teams improve collaboration, productivity and design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Promote adoption of Altium's Agile Team solutions and deliver value through consultative selling and proactive account planning
• Manage customer relationships and support renewals
• Identify expansion opportunities and help customers achieve their business and technical objectives
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate with sales, support and customer success teams

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success or renewals
• Experience in SaaS, software, technology or subscription-based businesses preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue, retention or growth targets
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, technology or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of PCB design, engineering software or the electronics industry highly regarded

• Time management and pipeline management; CRM systems such as Salesforce
