About the role
Canva’s Public Sector team is looking for an Account Executive to champion the needs of non‑profit organisations. You will help these customers design at scale, from infographics to social media content, ensuring Canva becomes a trusted partner in their mission.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: identify, target and secure new non‑profit customers.
- Drive growth within existing accounts by uncovering upsell and cross‑functional adoption opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and maximise Canva’s value for non‑profits.
- Build lasting relationships with non‑profit leaders and decision‑makers.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored value propositions.
- Analyse usage data to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams for seamless onboarding and support.
Required profile
- Proven experience driving net‑new business and growing existing accounts, preferably in SaaS, technology or non‑profit sectors.
- Consultative sales expertise with strong discovery skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to convey ROI and value.
