Account Cybersecurity Lead

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to drive its cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management and compliance initiatives. The role strengthens the security posture, manages security incidents and ensures alignment with regulatory, customer and organisational security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement a governance and policy framework aligned with Group policies and local regulations
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and emerging threats, conduct risk assessments for internal applications and digital services and annual threat assessments
• Develop, coordinate and manage cybersecurity communication, awareness and training programs
• Ensure compliance with the Cybersecurity ISMS Policy and customer contractual requirements, and track policy exceptions and remediation plans
• Lead the ISO 27001 certification program and coordinate customer-requested cybersecurity audits
• Support engagement, account and procurement teams in assessing and mitigating third-party vendor cybersecurity risks
• Manage cybersecurity incidents, lead remediation and represent the organisation during crisis management and communication
• Monitor and report cybersecurity KRIs and KPIs

Required profile

• Cybersecurity professional certification such as CISM or CGRC
• ISO 27001 / ISO 42001 Lead Auditor certification
• Proven track record implementing frameworks such as APRA CPS234, CPS230, ISO 27001, SOC2 and PCI-DSS
