Account & Area Manager

About the role

Fresh Clinics is looking for an energetic Account & Area Manager to be the primary point of contact for our member clinics across Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania. You will act as the face of Fresh Clinics at events, conferences and on‑site visits, building strong relationships that help clinics grow and succeed in the aesthetics industry.

Key responsibilities

• Celebrate member milestones (new clinic openings, staff hires) and showcase successes to the wider community.
• Design and run community initiatives such as virtual office hours, regional coffee catch‑ups and member events.
• Serve as the liaison between members and Fresh Clinics’ training, compliance and supplier services.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers for members, directing them to appropriate Fresh solutions.
• Grow the assigned territory by fostering genuine relationships and driving organic portfolio growth.
• Advocate for member feedback internally to improve service offerings.
• Represent Fresh Clinics publicly at conferences, workshops and in‑clinic meetings.

Required profile

• Strong passion for the aesthetics or healthcare sector and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable travelling across WA, QLD and TAS.
• Ability to recognise early signs of member disengagement and intervene effectively.
