About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager, overseeing a store in New South Wales on a part‑time basis (22 hours per week, Thu‑Sat). You will be the guardian of the customer experience, leading from the shop floor and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional moments.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Lead from the front, communicating clearly and upskilling team members.
- Motivate and engage staff to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- Strong passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
