Yardi Voyager Support Specialist / Systems Administrator

About the role

33Floors is seeking a Yardi Support Specialist / Systems Administrator to provide expert, client‑facing support for Yardi Voyager and related Yardi products. You will work remotely with Australian‑based clients, troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, and guiding users through upgrades and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Yardi suite modules such as Voyager, RentCafe, CRM, ForecastIQ and others.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues, including security, reporting, integrations and workflow problems.
• Manage advanced support tickets, perform root‑cause analysis, document findings and communicate resolutions.
• Perform system administration tasks: user setup, security roles, permissions, workflow configuration and governance alignment.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across accounting, property management, asset management and IT to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Support upgrades, plugin updates, testing cycles, data validation and regression testing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager in a support, administration, implementation or systems role.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate operations, property management and accounting workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client‑facing support requests and priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Yardi Voyager (core system administration and configuration).
• Experience with other Yardi modules (e.g., RentCafe, CRM, ForecastIQ).
• Ticketing system management and root‑cause analysis.
