Workplace Manager – ANZ

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Workplace Manager for the ANZ region to own the experience and operational strategy for its Sydney sites. This senior role sits within Global Enterprise Operations and acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring physical spaces reflect Netflix’s culture and enable employees to do their best work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ Workplace strategy, aligning local programs with global vision.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior regional and global leaders to anticipate space, trend, and cultural needs.
• Lead internal Workplace communications, delivering high‑context updates and strategic storytelling.
• Partner with Enterprise Operations functions such as Portfolio, Real Estate, Security, and Sustainability to drive seamless execution.
• Manage a high‑performing Workplace team, fostering talent density, efficiency, and hospitality.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in workplace, facilities, or real‑estate operations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity at scale.
