Workplace Lead – Office Management & Employee Experience

About the role

APA is looking for a Workplace Lead to join its Procurement, Property and Projects team in Perth. Reporting to the National Workplace Manager, you will create a seamless, engaging office environment that supports employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day workplace and concierge services, ensuring smooth office operations for staff and visitors.
• Manage soft services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, access control and front‑of‑house coordination.
• Coordinate workplace activations, internal events, town halls and engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership meetings and office events, handling planning, room setup, catering and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee workplace communications and updates across digital screens and internal platforms.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to enhance employee experience, efficiency and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office management, workplace operations, corporate services or facilities coordination.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and professional communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, services, events or office operations.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with ownership of outcomes.
• Attention to detail and passion for well‑run workplace environments.
