Workplace Experience & Office Manager

About the role

The private climate‑focused investment office is seeking a Workplace Experience & Office Manager to be the face of its beautifully designed Woollahra office. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape daily employee experiences, ensure seamless operations, and uphold the organisation’s purpose‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome employees, guests and partners with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver a premium day‑to‑day office experience through thoughtful hospitality and meticulous presentation.
• Own the workplace events calendar, coordinating team celebrations, wellness initiatives and company gatherings.
• Manage meeting rooms, suppliers, office services, facilities coordination and workplace budgets.
• Partner with senior leaders to continuously evolve the employee experience and workplace environment.
• Support new starters with an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Maintain an immaculate office by handling both strategic initiatives and practical day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

• Passion for creating welcoming environments and caring for people.
• Experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, guest relations, events or premium customer experience.
• Background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, premium retail, private offices or high‑end corporate settings is highly regarded.
• Outstanding communication, relationship‑building and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational duties.
