About the role
Marsh is looking for a Workplace Education Manager to join the Mercer Super team in Adelaide. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and focuses on helping members understand superannuation and retirement options through education and advice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one general advice appointments to members and non‑members, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
- Design and present engaging education sessions, including workplace seminars, webinars and virtual workshops.
- Promote Mercer Super tools and resources, identifying members who may need further financial advice and referring them appropriately.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop annual education plans and deliver content across workplace events.
- Support the transition of new business accounts through targeted member education and appointments.
Required profile
- RG146 compliance certification.
- Experience in a member‑facing superannuation role, providing general advice in one‑on‑one settings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of superannuation and retirement concepts.
- Effective presentation skills for in‑person and virtual education sessions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom and appointment‑booking systems.
