About the role
We are looking for a Workplace Education Manager to join our national Member Education team in Adelaide. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on helping members understand superannuation and retirement options through education and advice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one general advice appointments to members and non‑members, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
- Design and deliver engaging education sessions via workplace seminars, webinars and virtual channels.
- Promote Mercer Super tools and resources, referring members to appropriate financial advice when needed.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify education needs, develop annual plans and deliver content across workplace events.
- Support the transition of major new business accounts through member education activities and appointments.
Required profile
- RG146 compliance.
- Experience in a member‑facing role within superannuation, providing general advice.
- Technical knowledge of superannuation and retirement concepts.
- Effective presentation skills for in‑person and virtual sessions.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Zoom and appointment booking systems.
