Workplace and Lobby Concierge

About the role

JLL is seeking a highly visible and proactive Workplace Coordinator to act as the main ambassador of its corporate community in Sydney. You will be the primary point of contact for employees and guests, building lasting relationships and delivering high-touch, intuitive service. The role covers lobby operations, visitor systems, soft services and vendor coordination, with daily floor walks and engagement with the community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for employee and guest inquiries, issues, troubleshooting and feedback, and maintain relationship cards
• Welcome employees at reception and walk the floors at least two hours per day
• Respond to all requests within one business day, including personal follow-up
• Keep offices, desks, conference rooms and mailrooms stocked and tidy
• Deliver service in line with SLAs, brand standards and local laws, and audit soft services against performance metrics
• Support third-party vendors and service partners
• Welcome guests, manage visitor bookings in the Condeco system, issue and reconcile temporary passes with security and facilities, and direct deliveries and storage
• Handle media and distinguished guest protocols, monitor lobby foot traffic and provide turnstile support during peak periods
• Provide general inquiries support and wayfinding across the campus

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate reception, hospitality or premium customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing security access passes and lobby traffic during peak hours
• Familiarity with soft services delivery and monitoring vendor performance against SLAs
• Attention to detail, with experience keeping workspaces, conference rooms and communal areas stocked and presentable
