Workplace Ambassador - Corporate Reception

About the role

JLL is hiring a Workplace Ambassador in Sydney, NSW, as the primary Corporate Reception representative for Amazon Australia and the main Administration & Facilities point of contact for ANZ Operations. The role creates first impressions and delivers excellent client service through front-of-house services, from visitor reception and meeting coordination to pantry management and facilities inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Run office opening and closing procedures, greet guests, work with the onsite security team and manage visitor badge issuance
• Handle meeting room scheduling, coordination and event bookings, keeping meeting rooms and reception areas tidy
• Oversee the pantry program, order weekly snacks, fruit and beverages, maintain the kitchen areas and track spend
• Maintain site PO trackers, follow financial processes, assist with invoicing and support budget oversight
• Carry out facilities inspections, raise issues via Corrigo, run vendor and contractor inductions and report EHS matters

Required profile

• Experience in corporate reception or front-of-house customer service roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with colleagues at all levels and the public
• Administrative experience in meeting coordination, scheduling and basic financial processes
• Organised, able to handle multiple tasks such as pantry management, facilities coordination and workplace safety procedures
• Preferred: background in facilities management, workplace services or Amazon/similar corporate environments
