About the role
Join Sodexo’s Brisbane Support Centre as a Workforce Scheduler, working Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from home twice a week. You will source labour from contingency and agency pools and manage the Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline staff.
Key responsibilities
- Source labour from Sodexo’s contingency and agency relief pools to meet staffing demands across Australian sites.
- Schedule and manage the Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline employees.
Required profile
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and delivers work to a high standard.
- Excellent time‑management, teamwork and independent communication skills.
- Well‑organised, self‑motivated and customer‑service oriented.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of rostering principles and relevant industry experience.
- Strong planning, people‑coordination and organisational abilities.
