Workday Data Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture's Reinvention Services, under its Transformation Powered by Workday practice, is looking for a Workday Data Senior Analyst. The role sits in a Workday Data Conversion project, helping clients move their HR and finance data into the Workday Cloud HCM and Financials system.

Key responsibilities

• Convert data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into Workday Cloud HCM & Financials using Workday loading tools
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data before it goes into Workday
• Validate data loaded into Workday and help clients map legacy data and identify data quality issues
• Own the conversion activities on the project and communicate key points to project and client leadership
• Follow the strategic direction set by leadership when defining project goals, and escalate risks early with alternative technical and functional approaches
• Collaborate with the client counterpart, take part in process improvement and method changes, and work 4 days onsite while travelling as required

Required profile

• 1+ years of consulting or congruent professional experience as an internal analyst or with a consulting/software company
• 2+ years in HRIS with Workday data migration from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar
• 1+ years in a data conversion role across at least 2 full ERP life cycles
• Project workstream experience and strong written and verbal communication
• Australian citizen with current or obtainable baseline security clearance, as access to sensitive client data is required
• Preferred: current Workday HCM or Financials Core certification, SDLC knowledge, reporting/analytics experience, and consulting leadership experience
