Windows Administrator – Level 2/3 Support

About the role
We are looking for a Windows Administrator to provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and VMware production servers, ensuring high availability and performance of critical business applications.
Key responsibilities
- Manage physical Windows servers, including provisioning, firmware updates, hardware diagnostics and vendor coordination.
- Support production change implementation, patch management, server migrations and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Plan, test and execute disaster recovery activities to maintain business continuity.
- Administer user accounts and maintain Citrix XenApp environments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supporting Windows/VMware production environments.
- Hands‑on experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Familiarity with clustered and high‑availability solutions such as Veritas Cluster Server.
