Wholesale Executive – Australia

About the role

The Wholesale Executive will support the Global Wholesale team in driving account performance and brand execution across markets. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you will help implement 360° retail strategies, manage retailer relationships and coordinate launches and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Wholesale in executing retail and commercial strategies across wholesale partners and markets.
• Track and report on retail sales, wholesale revenue, account performance and key KPIs, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate new product launches, retailer setup, creative assets and required documentation.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with designated retail partners, preparing presentations, sell‑in materials and performance reports.
• Maintain retailer digital brand pages, product listings and promotional activity.
• Partner with Finance to support invoice tracking and resolve outstanding payments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years’ experience in wholesale, sales, account management or retail marketing; beauty industry experience a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
