About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Well-being & Lifestyle Worker (Personal Care Worker) to deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that give residents their best day, every day. The role also includes giving personal care and emotional support so residents feel valued, safe and connected socially within the home. Part-time Friday and weekend shifts are available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and for enriching the lives of older Australians
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Passion for building genuine relationships
