Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance. In this role you will manage daily activities, mentor a dedicated team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Champion occupational health and safety practices, conduct incident investigations and enforce reporting protocols.
• Lead, mentor and develop the warehouse team, providing training and performance support.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, maintain high standards of housekeeping and inventory management.
• Oversee inventory processes, maintain accurate stock levels, and support timely order fulfillment while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Inventory Management, Health and Safety and external partners to drive operational success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or similar role with strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a safety‑first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
