Warehouse Storeperson – Operations Technician

About the role

Join Greenbox’s Sydney warehouse team as a Warehouse Storeperson (Operations Technician). You will be responsible for handling IT assets from arrival through storage, sanitisation, and dispatch while maintaining high accuracy and quality during standard day shifts (8 am‑4 pm, Monday‑Friday).

Key responsibilities

• Receive IT assets, record chain of custody, assign secure locations and unique IDs.
• Sanitise data‑bearing devices according to supplier specifications and isolate faulty equipment for hard‑drive management.
• Pick, package and prepare processed items for resale or customer orders.
• Consolidate scrap and commodity items for rapid dispatch.
• Participate actively in quality, compliance and WH&S programs.
• Assist with daily deployment reporting and customer sign‑off documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in achieving results.
• Interest in technology and IT asset handling.
• Availability for full‑time day shifts, Monday‑Friday.
