Warehouse Racking Installer

About the role

WorkPac is recruiting warehouse racking installers in the western suburbs of Melbourne for full-time positions. The client has been operating in the racking and shelving industry since 1989 and has completed some of the largest installations in Australia. The position is based in Truganina, VIC.

Key responsibilities

• Install and assemble warehouse racking systems.
• Assist with the positioning, fitting and securing of racking components.
• Use hand and power tools to complete installation tasks.
• Work alongside a team to complete installations safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures on site.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse racking installation experience.
• A valid White Card.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Driver's licence, full working rights.

Required skills

• Highly regarded: telehandler ticket and experience, forklift licence, working at heights.

What we offer

• $36 per hour plus penalties.
• Up to 50 hours per week.
• 12-month contract offering consistent work.
