Warehouse Personnel

About the role

Grevillea Distribution is looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Personnel to join our on‑site team. You will be responsible for packing orders, receiving shipments, and supporting the smooth flow of goods in a busy warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming shipments.
• Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of all goods.
• Use the company CRM and logistics partner platforms to track orders.
• Work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, for at least four days a week (4‑5 hours per day).

Required profile

• Minimum four years of playing a brass or woodwind instrument.
• Basic knowledge of both brass and woodwind instruments.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy, bulky boxes.
• Not allergic to or scared of dogs.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
