Warehouse Operator

About the role

Miss Amara is looking for an energetic Warehouse Operator to join its Sydney warehouse in South Granville. You will play a central part in receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders while upholding the company’s values of care, transparency and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and safely store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process returns and repack resaleable items.
• Operate forklifts, stock pickers and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse environment.
• Support stock management through regular counts and inventory updates.
• Report discrepancies or damage and suggest workflow improvements.
• Promote safety and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (e‑commerce background a plus).
• Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Clear communication, teamwork orientation and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
