About the role
LPA is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Operator to join its Cremorne facility. You will support the delivery of lighting orders for client projects, working closely with the Project Coordination Team on single‑site and multi‑site rollouts.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders daily according to the dispatch board.
- Book local and interstate freight as required.
- Contribute to warehouse operational objectives, adhering to production, quality and customer‑service standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with legal regulations.
- Identify and support continuous process improvements.
- Operate heavy machinery such as cherry pickers and forklifts safely.
- Assist the Reworks team with product preparation to minimise waste.
- Perform stocktakes and other duties as directed.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or storeperson role.
- Strong time‑management, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Forklift and/or cherry‑picker licence preferred but not mandatory.
