Warehouse Operator – Freight Forwarding

About the role

DSV Air & Sea is looking for a Warehouse Operator to support its freight forwarding operations in Perth. You will play a key part in the supply chain by ensuring goods are accurately picked, packed, and documented while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate reach forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders according to pick slips and standard procedures.
• Unload and load containers and trucks using forklifts, lifting aids, or manual handling.
• Conduct DIM weighing, record shipment details in the warehouse system, and perform regular cycle counts.
• Maintain high stock accuracy and ensure all tasks follow operational procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, perform safety checks, and promptly report incidents or damaged goods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in freight forwarding.
• Valid reach forklift licence with proven hands‑on experience.
• Exposure to handling dangerous goods is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and operational procedures.
