Warehouse Officer - 8:6 FIFO Gold Mine

About the role

Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia, which is expanding underground. The Warehouse team supports safe and efficient Processing and Underground operations, and the Warehouse Officer reports to the Warehouse Supervisors. The role ensures timely receipt, storage and distribution of goods across site, keeping critical parts, consumables and equipment available.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue parts, consumables and equipment for Processing and Underground operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through Pronto ERP, stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate the timely supply and movement of materials across surface and underground work areas.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, inventory controls, dangerous goods requirements and site safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while delivering good service to internal customers.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a mining, processing plant or fixed plant environment.
• Valid Forklift Licence and valid Driver's Licence.
• Strong attention to detail on inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance and following established procedures.

Required skills

• Proven experience using Pronto ERP and Microsoft Excel.
